Use the Published / Draft tabs above the table to filter by publication status. The Test titles tab flags SKUs whose names start with “Test”. Use Unpublish selected (Draft) or Draft Test titles to hide them from the online store — reversible, nothing is deleted. Wine-style varieties on brewery/distillery catalogues appear in Attention for merchant cleanup.
